The real version 2.0 was delivered to ACME on a CD and left on the door step by someone back in August.  We've tried in so many ways to show the crucial margin notes, known as "Track Changes" which was used by the responsible parties and DTSC in the 10 month negotiation process where 10 versions of the order went back and forth between the parties with revisions. 

The version that was sent to Mr. Hirsch, apparently did not contain the margin notes so his impression of the order was quite different from the realities of the negotiations which Secretary Adams, Maziar and Rick were all a part of.  This nonsense about secret meetings is more of the same accusatory theme-song that we've been hearing for decades. 

The following are specific pages from the order, version 2.0 which did include all the parties.  The one that was provided to the public was a hack-job of the original and clearly done by someone who did not understand the project.  No input from the knowledgeable long-time members of the DTSC team was asked for or provided since it was done when Nancy Long was on vacation and Norm had been dismissed. 

None of these notes were acknowledged despite our repeated attempts to get this information.  In fact, every time we asked about version 2.0, they refused to share the information on the basis that the order was confidential, though they shared it with Mr. Hirsch as shown by the email correspondence where he claims that "not one ounce of 990 would remain.
