The following documents are a result of a series of Public Records Act Requests filed with various members of the regulatory and legislative agencies.  Many of these PRAs were ignored, and others were complied with, but specific documents were omitted.  Many public officials feel that the public records act does not apply to them.  What is the purpose, if it does not apply to elected officials and appointed members of our government?

Truth spans far and wide.  I will be changing these every day so that you may begin to get a glimpse into what is really going on up in Sacramento, and in our own community as a result of interlopers from hundreds of miles away...

One of the most telling, is this one, where Secretary Linda Adams refers to me, Christina Walsh as "the Boeing Fans" based on the many meetings I have attended over many years, this statement is extraordinary in demonstrating that the CalEPA office of the Secretary is not remotely knowledgeable about the people or the issues.  Just one voice.
